2、Efficient logistics: We have established long-term relationships with many well-known logistics partners, including DHL, FedEx, 4PX, YunExpress, ChinaPost, EMS, Yanwen, etc., to ensure that your orders can be delivered quickly and accurately. We provide logistics tracking service, you can check the shipping status of your order at any time. Under normal circumstances, international orders are delivered within 2 – 5 days, and international logistics delivery time is 7 – 15 days. In case of force majeure factors lead to delays, we will notify you in time.
3.Worry-free after-sales service: a perfect after-sales service policy has been developed. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase of aromatherapy candles in any way, in line with the conditions of return, you can apply for a return or exchange within 7 days after receipt of the goods. Returned goods must be new and unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, complete with accessories, labels and so on. We will inspect the returned merchandise within 3 working days after receiving it and process the refund or exchange for you. If it is a quality problem, we will bear the return shipping cost; if it is not a quality problem, you need to bear the return shipping cost.
